Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for our Bloemfontein warehouse. You will direct all warehouse functions, from receiving to shipping, ensuring efficiency and safety while leading a team to meet targets.

The role requires strong leadership, WMS proficiency, and a focus on continuous process improvement to cut costs and improve service levels in the Bloemfontein region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A degree in Operations Management or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams and operations in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
