Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF level 4 is required.
• Diploma in supply chain management, transportation, or safety management at NQF level 5 preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience in an operations environment required.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance objectives and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily schedules of contracted drivers.
• Check compliance of drivers and assets legally.
• Support drivers by issuing resources and uniforms.
• Interact with independent contractors daily.
• Report field incidents and accidents promptly.
