This role is central to ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the business. The Operations Lead will oversee daily workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvement strategies while managing and mentoring a high-performing operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
  • Monitor and track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance process knowledge and compliance
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met across all operations
  • Perform audits and address quality issues with corrective action plans
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve company goals
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to support operational needs
  • Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure business continuity
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (relevant certifications are a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role
  • Proven success in optimizing and managing operational processes
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with process improvement tools and techniques
  • Project management experience with tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
