We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Officer to support the Operations Department across its core functions, including logistics, inventory management, compliance, and recoveries. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring operational processes run efficiently, assets are accurately tracked, compliance requirements are met, and recovery processes are properly coordinated. Responsibilities

• Support logistics coordination, including dispatch, delivery tracking, and collections
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the asset register and CRM systems
• Track asset allocation, movement, and status across the asset lifecycle
• Assist in monitoring operational compliance and ensuring completeness of required documentation

Qualifications

• 0 – 1 year of experience in operations, administration, logistics, or coordination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
