Job description

Are you an analytical thinker, commercially‑minded, and passionate about driving business success through strategy, finance, and operational insight.

We're looking for a strategic and financially astute leader to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business trends (sales, costs, people, shrinkage, store standards) to guide strategy.
  • Lead financial management, budgeting, and accurate reporting for Operations.
  • Drive Opex and Capex budget processes, updates, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on sales, financials, KPIs, and people metrics.
  • Conduct store profitability modelling, identifying growth and optimisation opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports and insights to senior leadership and Operations teams.
  • Oversee Operations incentive schemes and property–related decision‑making.
  • Support training and development of new team members.
  • Play an active role in strategic planning, corporate governance, and policy compliance.
  • Enhance reporting techniques through collaboration with analytics teams.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years general accounting experience including cost control and managing budgets

  • CIMA / BCOM Accounting (Honours)
  • Proven leadership ability with strong self‑management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to motivate others
  • Advanced presentation skills
