Placements24 is recruiting an ambitious Operations Efficiency Engineer for a Pretoria-based role. You will analyze and improve operational processes to cut costs, boost throughput, and enhance overall performance using data analysis, process mapping, and Lean methods.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in industrial or operations engineering and 3+ years' experience with Lean principles, plus strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in operations, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Solid Lean knowledge and practical application experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and waste.

• Utilize Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen and value stream mapping.
• Measure and report KPIs related to operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement changes successfully.

Key Responsibilities
