Adaptive Teams is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy operator to build scalable systems, manage workflows, and scale the business alongside the founder. You’ll act as the operational backbone and right hand, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to daily operations in a fast-growing online real estate education business.

This fully remote role requires leading remote teams, turning ideas into actionable plans, tracking KPIs, and implementing tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operations, project management, or business management.
• Exceptional organizational and execution skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing focus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• Experience managing remote teams and workflows.
• Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience in online education, coaching, or real estate is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs, project management platforms, and automations is a bonus.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a growing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, document, and optimize scalable operational systems.

• Keep projects, deadlines, and team priorities organized and on track.
• Manage workflow coordination across the remote team.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact within the business.
