We are hiring an Operations and Insights Executive to help run and improve our property listings across platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. The role sits in channel operations, so you will be hands on with listings, accuracy checks, platform behaviour, and performance improvements. You will use spreadsheets a lot, and you will need to pick up SQL quickly.

Please note: You must be comfortable working UK hours 09:00 to 18:00 GMT, with seasonal shifts which fall around 10:00 to 19:00 or 11:00 to 20:00 SA time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise property listings across third party platforms, making sure everything is accurate, consistent, and performing as it should.
  • Review listings for errors, track down the cause, and sort out fixes without fuss.
  • Use Google Sheets and SQL to check data, pull key information, and support day to day decisions.
  • Build clear, simple performance reports that highlight what is working and what needs attention.
  • Help improve operational processes so our team spends less time on manual work and more time on high value tasks.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate updates, resolve platform issues, and keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in operations, listing management, or property management in a tech-enabled business (scaleup experience a plus).
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
  • SQL experience (ideally)
  • Exposure to Looker (or similar)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solution oriented mindset, you enjoy figuring things out.

Salary: R15,000- R18,000 per month (DOE)
