Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Take full ownership of all administrative duties related to recycling operations, managing daily paperwork, compiling reports, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • System Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing new administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and organization.
  • Data & Reporting: Accurately capture and manage operational data, including material intake, output, and sales figures, and generate regular reports for management to support informed decision‑making.
  • Administrative Coordination: the central point for administrative coordination, handling communication between operational staff, managers, HR, and external partners.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3 years proven experience as an Administrator in the recycling industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with administrative software.
  • Experience on Hubdoc and Odoo is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in payroll / finance is highly advantageous.
