Job description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe work environment and implement process improvements that enhance safety, environmental, and health standards;
  • Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering high-quality products, meeting deadlines, and controlling costs;
  • Plan, assign, and direct work for hourly production employees, holding them accountable for performance and providing coaching as needed;
  • Direct and execute daily production requirements, achieving or exceeding productivity goals while maintaining quality standards;
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and maintain full adherence to policies and safety guidelines;
  • Foster effective teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and conduct productive meetings to drive results;
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12; National Diploma / Degree in Production Management;
  • Recognized Apprenticeship in Converting / Corrugator is preferred;
  • At least three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to supervisory roles;
  • Two or more years of experience supervising employees within a manufacturing environment;
  • A solid understanding of Flexo-Graphic Printing processes;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime when required;
  • Knowledge of ISO;
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook);
