Job description

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project management.
• Experience in the events or technical production industry (preferred).
• Understanding of technical event equipment (AV, lighting, staging, rigging).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical riders, floorplans, and production schedules.
• Strong project management and logistics coordination abilities.
• Familiar with health & safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Strong leadership and team coordination.
• Excellent communication with clients, technicians, and suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
