Job summary

A telecommunications consultancy in South Africa is seeking an Operations Systems and Enablement Manager to lead and manage operational systems. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in telecom environments and hold a relevant degree. Responsibilities include implementing management strategies, overseeing service provisioning and managing vendor relationships. A strong understanding of OSS and CRM/BSS integrations is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of service provisioning, activation, and customer support processes.

SUMMARY

The Operations Systems and Enablement Manager will be leading and managing the suite of operational systems that support the day-to-day functioning of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement an operational systems management strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
  • Oversee all systems supporting service provisioning, activation, fault management and customer workflows
  • Champion System enablement to improve user efficiency, accuracy and service delivery turnaround times
  • Manage relationships with vendors supporting operational systems, ensuring SLA compliance and roadmap alignment
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of System Administrators and Analysts
QUALIFICATIONS
