From troubleshooting to preventative maintenance, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping our systems optimised and our impact growing.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on renewable energy installations
• Identify and resolve faults to minimise downtime
• Implement and refine maintenance plans to improve system performance
• Keep accurate maintenance records and reports
• Collaborate with technical teams to support ongoing improvement.

• Proven experience in Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• A proactive hands‑on approach with attention to detail
• Passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications :

• National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or a related field)
• Minimum 25 years of experience in O&M for renewable energy systems (solar preferred)
• Solid knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and monitoring systems
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and maintenance best practices
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to site locations
• Bonus: Additional certifications (e.g., PV installer Health & Safety) are a plus
