Qualifications

• Experience operating open-source infrastructure systems; senior level preferred.
• OpenStack implementation, operations or troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Ceph or similar distributed storage systems and performance.
• Strong Linux systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of data-centre hardware, power, cooling and rack layout.
• Strong networking fundamentals with OVN/OVS, BGP underlays and IPv4/IPv6.
• Ability to troubleshoot across compute, storage, networking and workloads.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and scale OpenStack compute and storage infrastructure.
• Operate OpenStack infrastructure and perform troubleshooting at senior level.
• Leverage IaC and automation to deliver repeatable, reliable platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response when required.
