Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in open-cast mining.
• Familiar with training and development methodologies.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions and develop COPs/SOPs.
• Mentor staff, review goals, and assess performance.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance.
