The ideal candidate will support long-term clients and maintain therapeutic relationships, capable of offering flexible scheduling. A minimum of one year of therapy experience and registration with a UK professional body are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering therapy or counselling.
• Registered with a UK professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, NCPS, HCPC).
• Fluent in English and able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable working online with a quiet, private space and strong internet.
• Willing to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly 50‑minute therapy sessions via video call.
• Build long‑term therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential notes.
• Support clients with a range of emotional and mental health concerns.
• Offer flexible availability (evenings/weekends if possible).
