Part‑Time Online Marketing Assistant – Work from Home (U.S. Company)

We’re GuildSteam, a Tennessee (U.S.)‑based company that connects global talent with U.S. companies, and we are seeking a highly motivated Online Marketing Assistant to join our client’s team.

This is a part‑time remote role.

Working Hours (Remote)

4 hours between 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM South Africa Standard Time (SAST) – Flexible. (Matching 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST – U.S.). Starting pay: ZAR 1 per week. Part‑time: 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Social media management and ad creation.
  • Website management and creation.
  • Google AdWords management.
  • Content creation.
  • Photo / video editing.
  • Email campaigns.
  • Google My Business / Google Maps management.
  • SEO management.
  • Scheduling emails, monthly reporting, acquisitions and other random tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience in all of the above preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Google AdWords, Google Maps & SEO.
  • Marketing portfolio will be requested during the interview stage.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a functional computer.
  • Availability to work 4 hours per day during U.S. time (8 am‑4 pm), which translates to 2 pm‑10 pm SAST.
  • Detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management skills.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
