Job summary

Placements24 seeks enthusiastic Online Language Tutors to teach English as a Second Language. This is a fully remote, part-time role, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

You will engage with diverse learners from various cultural backgrounds, helping them improve their English proficiency for personal, academic, or professional goals. You will deliver engaging ESL lessons, tailor materials, use digital tools, and provide feedback on pronunciation and grammar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of online ESL teaching experience.
• Native or near-native English fluency with strong grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to individual students or small groups online.
• Tailor lesson plans and teaching materials to meet learners' needs and levels.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements
