Placements24 is seeking an Online Language Instructor to teach English as a Second Language to non-native speakers. The role combines remote teaching with occasional in-person sessions at the Rustenburg office, following a Hybrid model.

You’ll design engaging ESL lessons, track progress, and support students across various ages and proficiency levels. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in English or related field, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification, and at least two years of online ESL

• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification is highly desirable.
• At least 2 years of ESL teaching experience, preferably online.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
• Strong understanding of grammar, phonetics, and language acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to meet diverse learners.
• Must be available for Hybrid work, requiring some presence in Rustenburg.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote teaching sessions.

Responsibilities
