Job Description

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic native English-speaking ESL teachers to join our online team.

The ideal candidate holds a TEFL certificate and has at least three years of online teaching experience.

You should be skilled in using technology for teaching and capable of preparing lessons in advance to deliver personalized, effective instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized 1‑on‑1 online English lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Prepare and organize lessons ahead of time, using provided materials and resources
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and submit lesson reports promptly
• Communicate professionally with the teacher manager; direct parent communication is managed by Connect Academy staff
• Consistently attend scheduled classes and maintain availability for at least three months
• Record and submit the first three lessons with each student for quality assurance

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• TEFL or equivalent certification
• Minimum of three years online ESL teaching experience
