Overview

FP Markets is a well-established global CFD broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies and we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Onboarding (Back Office) Specialist in Johannesburg.

This is a great opportunity to work in a varied role and be overseen by and mentored by a team of industry professionals with years of industry experience. The company offers continuous personal development and a dynamic working environment.

Shifts rotation: (08:00 - 16:00  16:00 - 00:00) + Once a/ month Sunday 4h shift (08:00 - 12:00)

Reporting to: Head of Onboarding

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the onboarding of clients which include reviewing their KYC documents and updating client personal data
  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and other supported communication channels of the company
  • Assisting other departments with Back-office requests
Candidate Profile
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English (Additional languages are an advantage)
  • Basic CySEC certificate is an advantage
  • Ability to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends
