Job summary

Placements24 in Kimberley, Northern Cape, is seeking a diligent Warehouse Clerk to support inventory accuracy and warehouse administration. This on-site, full-time role focuses on data entry, records management, and coordination with operations staff.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of warehousing or administration experience, proficiency in MS Office, basic WMS familiarity, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. Training on WMS will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse clerk, inventory clerk, or related admin experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a strong asset.
• Good data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record incoming and outgoing inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records and documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
• Process delivery receipts and dispatch orders efficiently.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel.
• Ensure all warehouse documentation is complete and filed correctly.
• Support the warehouse supervisor with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
