• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in refractory application.
• At least 5 years of experience with EAF, Ladle Furnace, and Caster.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site RHIM team and ensure supply contract execution.
• Achieve refractory sales turnover and profitability targets.
• Manage material ordering, warehousing, and distribution.
• Conduct daily meetings with the customer.
• Prepare monthly technical reports and invoicing information.
