Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to call-outs as scheduled or requested by management or clinical staff.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments or medications.
• Provide wound care, injections, IV therapy, or other nursing interventions.
• Support doctors and other healthcare professionals in diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely patient documentation and reports.
• Educate patients and families on post-care, medication adherence, and follow-up procedures.
• Ensure proper infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain readiness for call-outs, including ensuring equipment is stocked.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide professional representation of the organization during call-outs.
