Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a client-focused professional to provide excellent service and financial education while achieving lending and other product targets. The role emphasizes building a new business pipeline through marketing and lead generation and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The incumbent will educate clients on responsible credit use and money management, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver consistent production with high service

Qualifications

• Requires at least a Grade 12 National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
• Strong focus on customer service, sales targets and compliant practices within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Meets monthly sales targets in terms of lending and other products.
• Meets collections and arrears targets in terms of lending products.
• Educates clients on responsible use of credit and effective money management.
• Establishes a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation and tracking.
• Adheres to internal, regulatory and legislative governances to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
• Facilitates intra branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
• Provides excellent face to face and telephonic service to customers.
• Builds sustainable relationships that enhances the brand.
• Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards
