Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver outstanding service across our product suite. You will engage customers, clarify needs, and guide them to the right channel while upholding quality standards.

The role emphasizes relationship development, accurate CRM data entry, and proactive problem solving to support renewals and ongoing customer satisfaction within KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12, School leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach based on predefined options.
• Respond to basic and advanced customer issues, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and provide a first point of contact for queries.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to ensure quality data.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements following a multilevel sales script.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Develop working knowledge of policies and procedures and regulatory codes to ensure standards.

Customer Needs Clarification
