Hours: Full time
Salary: £26,000 pa with possibility for commissions

Job Description

Role is split between general office work (50%) and visiting properties across the North West (50%).

Daily duties will include:

  • Running the office - emails, post, etc
  • Dealing with tenant queries
  • Dealing with utility companies
  • Managing compliance, i.e. gas safety etc
  • Attending properties to investigate issues and deal with accordingly
  • Dealing with property handover for outgoing and new tenants

Own car essential.

Experience and skills Required
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good command of English
  • The candidate does not require any previous work experience, but will have plenty of initiative and the ability to get on with the tasks at hand with minimal training and support.
