We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to lead and manage the operations of a corporate office that supports employee health and wellbeing initiatives. This role blends office management, team leadership, and coordination of wellness programs, with oversight of teams that deliver health-related services. It's ideal for professionals who have experience in healthcare, wellness, clinical support, or phlebotomy environments and want to apply their skills in a corporate operations context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead / supervise professional teams, including nursing & clinical professionals and administrative resources
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance with corporate policies, and high-quality service delivery
  • Plan and implement training and development programmes, including operational best practices related to clinical and wellness procedure
  • Manage scheduling, record-keeping, procurement, and operational administration to ensure seamless office functioning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation for management review
  • Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professionalism across all administrative and operational processes
Requirements
  • A Clinical Degree / Diploma as well as an active SANC registration
  • Experience in office management, operations coordination, or corporate wellness/clinical support environments
  • At least 10 years' experience in Leading / Managing / Supervising a team of Senior professionals including training delivery, and operational compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage team performance, and ensure consistent service quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary corporate team
