We’re now looking for a highly organised Office Manager & PA to support our CEO and team, and to act as a Client Happiness Manager, ensuring our clients always have an excellent experience when engaging with us.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the CEO's email, calendar, travel, and personal tasks
  • Overseeing office operations, supplies, and staff admin
  • Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients
  • Handling general admin, billing and answering calls
  • Managing service desk tickets, projects, and task follow-ups
  • Assisting with occasional deliveries / collections
  • Exploring automation and AI tools to streamline tasks
  • Attending and assisting with networking events
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years' experience in a digital agency or fast‑paced admin role
  • Proven billing and financial administration skills
  • Outgoing and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients directly
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Tech‑savvy with an interest in AI and task automation
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable car (non‑negotiable)
  • Ideally based near Plumstead, Cape Town
