Key Responsibilities
- Lead / supervise professional teams, including nursing & clinical professionals and administrative resources
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance with corporate policies, and high-quality service delivery
- Plan and implement training and development programmes, including operational best practices related to clinical and wellness procedure
- Manage scheduling, record-keeping, procurement, and operational administration to ensure seamless office functioning
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation for management review
Requirements
- A Clinical Degree / Diploma as well as an active SANC registration
- Experience in office management, operations coordination, or corporate wellness / clinical support environments
- At least 10 years' experience in Leading / Managing / Supervising a team of Senior professionals including training delivery, and operational compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage team performance, and ensure consistent service quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary corporate team
