Manage daily office operations, liaising with external service providers and managing office budgets.
Coordinate office logistics, maintenance, repairs, access control and parking allocation.
Monitor and manage procurement of office supplies, hardware and cleaning materials.
Support employee onboarding and staff exits, including hot desk setup and allocation.
Organise meetings, travel arrangements and reconcile associated costs.
Act as the first point of contact for the office, welcoming visitors and handling calls.
Supervise office cleaning staff.
Prepare and issue invoices and follow up with debtors on outstanding payments.
Process journals, allocate bank transactions, and reconcile bank accounts.
Capture EFT payments for authorisation and verify supplier banking details.
Assist with payroll processes and support financial year-end activities.
Maintain an organised electronic and physical filing system for all office and financial documentation.
Assist with company events and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Mathematics and / or Accounting.
Minimum 18 months of relevant experience in office administration and / or basic financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and / or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Valid South African driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous and detail‑oriented approach to work.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including invoices, debtors, cashbook, and payroll.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Analytical and proactive problem‑solving skills.
