Overview

The Group Office Co-ordinator is responsible for the co-ordination, supervision and administration in relation to Payments, Events, Travel, Diary and General Administration for the Corporate Exco Members including their subordinates.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the General Administration, confidential correspondence and routine correspondence for EXCO members.
  • Co-ordinates Travel for EXCO members and their teams and follows through for all travelers including travel insurance.
  • Coordinates Events and arranges meetings/conferences, agendas, reserves and prepares facilities for various departments and events when required.
  • Diary co-ordination and Administration for EXCO members.
  • Raises and receipts PO's and administers Payments when necessary.
  • Compiling of necessary documents, spreadsheets and presentations when required.
  • Conducts research, compiles and types of statistical reports when required.
  • Records, transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings.
  • Arranging of Board meetings as and when necessary.
  • Fills in when one of the team members are not available in respect of all of the above roles.
Qualifications
  • Formal Education: Appropriate Degree, Diploma plus Secretarial and/or Office Administration experience
  • Experience: 7-10 years' relevant experience.
