Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and filing documents
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
