Job summary

A small company in Pretoria is looking for a Junior Administrator to assist with administration and basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities include general PA tasks, stock management, and working with QuickBooks. The ideal candidate must have a Senior Certificate, be bilingual in Afrikaans and English, and be fully computer literate. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Senior Certificate required.
  • Reliable transport preferred, residing in Pretoria East region.
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks/Zero.
  • Fully computer literate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general PA duties and diary management.
  • Handle general admin duties including stock management and filing.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including invoices and statements.
  • Complete any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • General PA duties diary management communication management assist with ad-hoc tasks
  • General admin duties including stock management filing taking messages
  • Basic bookkeeping including invoices and statements on either QuickBooks or Zero system
  • Any ad-hoc tasks given
  • Hours : 08h30 -14h30 Mondays to Fridays with some flexibility negotiable
Requirements
  • Minimum Senior Certificate
  • Reliable transport preferably residing in the Pretoria East region
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Previous experience working with QuickBooks / Zero
  • Fully computer literate
