We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, and able to handle a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor office stationery and supplies (ordering, stock control, and usage tracking).
  • Handle petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide support to the Area Manager and Senior Administrator with daily administrative tasks.
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to maintain office standards & stores.
  • Collate and manage staff store rosters and duty schedules.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Assist with office-related queries and problem-solving.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
