Manage the Supplier Accounts for 3 Companies
Analyzing of Customer and Supplier Age Analysis.
Analyzing Stock Sheets that are performed each week and placing relevant orders
Buying: Creating Supplier Purchase Orders and Capturing Supplier Invoices - Quick Easy Software - training will be provided
Ensuring Goods are received from Suppliers
Payroll - weekly and monthly.
Permanent and contractors - Infonetix Software - training will be provided.
Executive Administrative and PA support to the Company Directors
Assisting Bookkeeper with daily Admin
Assisting the Office Manager with Admin duties
Assisting the Systems Administrator with Admin duties
HR Admin – Experience in Contracts of Employment, Statutory Leave Management, Seesa Correspondence and Disciplinary actions.
FSSC Food Safety Program) Admin – assisting FSSC Team Lead to uphold the FSSC
Experience would be advantageousGMP ( Good Manufacturing Practice) Admin - ensuring staff are adhering to their GMP protocols set out by the Company.
Responsible for the filing and safekeeping of all Company Documents and Confidential information, hardcopies and digital back-ups and archiving.
Working with a small group of CompaniesBasic training will be provided on all our platforms and internal processes, however, proven experience in a similar function is required.

Must have 3-5 years experience in an office admin position, or alternatively have completed a Business Administrative Diploma or Degree, with 1 – 2 year's work experience.
This position is available immediately.
Salary range is from R R p / m, depending on the level of proven experience.
Working hours: 8am - 5 : 15 Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3pm on Fridays.
