Job description

The role of the Office Administration Support – Asset Management is to provide high level, confidential and professional executive and administrative support to mission critical activities at FRA. These activities include, Asset Management Team activities and other technical services output.

Role Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration and/or its equivalent. Project Management Qualifications will be an added advantage;
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in the provision of high-level confidential executive and administrative support;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to research issues, explore options and develop and document appropriate solutions;
  • Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization, Government ministries and from a range of business and cultural backgrounds;
  • Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills particularly in regard to the preparation of reports, briefing notes and various forms of Ministerial correspondence and the ability to consult and negotiate with senior executives and a diverse range of client groups on confidential and sensitive matters;
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to function autonomously within a team environment to support and deliver quality work outcomes, manage conflicting priorities and meet tight timeframes;
  • Demonstrated initiative when carrying out responsibilities and have the ability to be flexible to meet the demands of working in a challenging environment and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Manager Asset;
  • Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and Outlook;
  • Valid Group 2 Driving Licence.
