Your Mission:

We are hiring six Offer Marketing Managers across three business units:

  • Services (1)
  • Industrial Automation (2)
  • Channels (3)

Each role will focus on a specific product line within its business unit, driving localized offer strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market execution.

What will you do?

  • Managed product portfolio, including product strategy, positioning, road map, product launches, etc., to achieve profitable sales.
  • Define GTM, including the development and certification of partner network, licensing, and contractual structure.
  • Positioning and driving demand generation SE solutions for different market segment requirements, including Data Centers, Mining, CPG, E&C, Buildings, and the WWW.
  • Act as the primary business interface advocate and decision-maker for product marketing strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement the annual marketing and strategic plans to push products, solutions, and services.
  • Elaborate on the offer pricing strategy, monitor its implementation, and control the results.
  • Work closely with the sales managers to achieve the strategic objectives.
  • Create data-driven decision-making processes in product marketing (pricing, stock management, competition analysis).
  • Deliver training and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Hold the products\' launch and products\' withdrawal processes.
  • Represent SE at industry work groups and standards bodies to further the engineering principles of safe, reliable, and sustainable electrical energy management.
  • Work transversely to build competence amongst sales, CCC, GSC, Prescription, and segment teams.
  • Accountable for the SIOP process, top-line RF process, and GM forecasts.

  • Familiarity with various relevant equipment/solutions.
  • Familiarity with the South African market is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in market research and analysis.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-moving and often changing environment.
  • Sound technical judgment.
  • Accountable, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Passionate about emerging predictive and analytic technologies.
  • Experience with SE offers across different activities

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Relevant technical qualification, e.g., BSc. Eng. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • An additional degree in Economics / Management / Marketing is highly appreciated.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing in the B2B field, strong knowledge in pricing and offer management, and business development skills.
