Duties include :
Dealer Marketing & CRM Integration
- Lead the CRM synchronization project, ensuring seamless integration of dealer CRM systems with the manufacturers central CRM.
- Act as the key liaison between dealers and the manufacturers marketing team, aligning dealer campaigns with national strategies.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to provide hands‑on support, share best practices, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Manage dealer advertising claims and ensure compliance with the manufacturers corporate identity and campaign guidelines.
- Analyse dealer marketing performance across digital and traditional channels, providing data‑driven recommendations.
Digital & Integrated Marketing
- Support the manufacturers national digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate model pricing and retail offers are reflected across all digital assets in line with campaign timelines.
- Collaborate with the manufacturers sales team to integrate central lead management data into dealer LMS platforms.
- Assist in auto product launches and dealer events from inception to completion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and market performance insights.
Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Contribute to the implementation of the manufacturers marketing strategy.
- Provide insights into the alignment of regional dealer campaigns with national marketing efforts.
- Support media, sponsorships, and marketing events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain a comprehensive dealer marketing database and track marketing activities.
- Report on lead generation trends, dealer marketing performance, and campaign success.
- Analyse regional and group‑based marketing data to identify key improvement areas.
Requirements and Essential Skills
- Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in automotive OEM, dealership, group, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (websites and social media)
- HubSpot CMS experience is highly advantageous.
- Effective communication and decision‑making skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Sound understanding of IT systems as business enablers.
- Basic legal knowledge.
- Driven with a strong sense of initiative.
- Analytical thinker with a practical approach.
