Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Hobart team on a permanent, full-time basis with relocation to Australia. You will assess adults and older adults across NDIS and Support at Home streams, documenting needs and coordinating referrals to health professionals.

Ideal candidates hold an OT degree, have 2+ years of clinical experience, and possess AHPRA registration, with readiness to obtain Australian checks. Sponsorship and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, ideally in community settings.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Evidence of AHPRA registration and police checks (Australian and international).
• Willingness to obtain Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and document client needs in reports.
• Coordinate referrals with clients, families and health professionals; liaise with service providers.
• Prescribe equipment and advise on home modifications to support independence and safety.

What we are Looking For:

You have relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy

A minimum of 2 years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the community
