Job summary

Glasshouse Recruiting is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in a mental health environment in South Africa. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, lead group therapy, and provide individual sessions as needed, while participating in patient meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The role requires HPCSA registration, CPD maintenance, and a valid driver’s license with own transport. Experience in mental health/addiction is preferred and flexibility with hours is expected.

Qualifications

• BSc Occupational Therapy (community service year completed).
• Maintain CPD standing as required by HPCSA.
• Registered with HPCSA (independent practitioner & INSTOPP/OTASA Membership and Malpractice Insurance).
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• 2 years or more relevant experience in Mental Health/Addiction environment.
