Qualifications

• Experience in chronic disease support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard patients referred by healthcare providers.
• Conduct first dose observation and follow-up calls.
• Support patients and healthcare providers with coordination.
• Arrange hospital admissions and first-dose observations.
• Educate patients and healthcare providers on the program.
• Conduct follow-ups and monthly check-ins.
• Report adverse events via designated channel.
