Role Summary :

Provide personal and medical care to individuals who need support due to age, illness, or disability.

Assist with daily activities, offer emotional support, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Personal hygiene and care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Support with eating, mobility, and daily routines
• Administer medication and perform basic medical tasks (e.g., wound care, injections)
• Monitor health and report changes
• Provide emotional and psychosocial support
• Communicate with families and healthcare teams
• Suggest improvements in care quality
