DO MORE Placements is seeking a recently qualified SAIPA Accountant in Stellenbosch to manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities within a growing property investment portfolio. You will consolidate data from different systems, prepare monthly management accounts, and provide meaningful financial insights to assist decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day accounting function across multiple entities within a growing portfolio
• Consolidate and integrate financial information from various business systems into the accounting platform
• Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver meaningful financial insights to support decision-making
• Analyse actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Prepare VAT calculations, reconciliations and assist with SARS-related queries and submissions
• Build and maintain cash flow forecasts to support business planning and funding requirements
• Assist with tax computations and year-end tax processes
• Prepare annual audit files and liaise with external auditors
• Compile and review Annual Financial Statements
