We're looking for a NOC Level 2 Agent to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid networking background, hands‑on experience with MikroTik RouterOS, and a structured, analytical approach to problem‑solving in a shift‑based environment.

Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ – Required
• Experience with RouterOS and Winbox
• Working knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• IT‑related qualification advantageous
• Experience in telecommunications and understanding of network protocols and hardware
• Ability to work rotating shifts within our Support Centre (7 days a week, 08:30)

• Monitor and troubleshoot ISP network incidents
• Escalate and resolve faults within SLA conditions
• Log activity and maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure service continuity
