Join our team as a Night Shift Manager Full-Time, On-Site | Somerset West. Are you a natural leader who thrives under pressure and keeps operations running like clockwork? We’re looking for a hands-on Night Shift Manager to take charge of our overnight operations and lead a committed, high-performing team through the most crucial hours of the day.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and support the night shift teams
  • Handle escalations and crisis situations
  • Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage escalations and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure operational continuity and compliance
  • Submit end-of-shift reports
