Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales volumes.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Ensure compliance with all OEM and dealership standards.
  • Oversee the appraisal, trade-in, and deal structuring process.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.

SUMMARY :

Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager.

To effectively manage the new vehicle sales department, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, customer satisfaction, and the professional development of the sales team.

POSITION INFO : Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to deliver high performance.
