• More than 2 years of experience in product development
• Experience with flavours and seasonings

Technical Requirements

• Understand the key steps in development
• Know how to put a Flavour / Seasoning formulation together
• Excellent sensory skills
• Basic understanding around regulations relating to products development
• Interpret customer briefs and meet their requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate new flavours based on customer requirements and market trends
• Flavour modification on existing products
• Develop and manipulate application formulation to the customer requirements Compounding samples
• Conducting sensory panels
• Source for new ingredients and evaluating raw materials
• Compiling of product specifications and process methods
