REPORT TO: National Sales Manager

Trading Hours & Shifts
  • Monday to Friday | 08:00am - 17:00pm
  • Closed on weekends & major public holidays
  • Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break
Salary & Company Benefits
  • R14,000-00 Basic Salary per month
  • Sales Commission earned
  • Sales Incentives earned on new accounts opened
  • Petrol Card (for company use only)
  • Vehicle maintenance allowance (monthly)
  • Product allowance (monthly)
  • Company Cell Phone
Minimum Requirements
  1. Based in greater Cape Town
  2. Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
  3. On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
  4. Sales driven - this is the core KPI for this role
  5. Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
  6. Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate
  7. Own car and valid driver license - not negotiable
  8. Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
  9. Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches
  10. Able to travel to other areas of the Cape including Southern Suburbs, Deep South, Atlantic Seaboard, Somerset West, Hermanus & Gansbaai

  1. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. Internationally accredited certification
  2. Cruise Ship employment experience
