This strategic role focuses on driving new business development and expanding key accounts across the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Namibia. The successful candidate will execute growth strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen partnerships with distributors and major clients to increase regional market share.
Achieve growth and profitability targets in line with organisational objectives
Develop and execute a strategic pipeline and market expansion plan
Acquire new customers and grow large key group accounts
Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and end-users
Share market intelligence to support product and segment strategy
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations
Promote new products, technical solutions, and commercial offers
Resolve client concerns efficiently to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and onboard new distributor partners within target territories
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical B2B environment (Refinish or Automotive Coatings industry preferred)
Proven record in business development, account management, and achieving financial targets
Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
